What happens next

1. We save your request and give you a reference.
2. Our team contacts you to verify account ownership and confirm the information to remove. We never ask for your password or verification codes.
3. After review, we explain the outcome and any records that must be retained. The request alone does not delete your account.

Your profile, contact information and other personal account data are within the scope of this request. Employer-managed applications, employment records, shared workspace information and ownership transfers need review with the responsible organization. Billing, security and legal records may need to be retained; we will explain applicable limits during review.

This request concerns HQ Workforce. It does not delete your Yeap ID or accounts on other Yeap platforms. Submitting it does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; tell us about any billing concerns in the optional details.
