Terms of Service

1. Subscription Terms

HQ Workforce is a subscription-based SaaS platform. By signing up you agree to the subscription terms for the plan you select (Starter or Professional). Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

2. Free Trial Terms

Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the first billing period.

You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. Trial eligibility is limited to one per organization.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorize HQ Workforce to charge your card on the recurring billing date.

Overage charges (for employees, job postings, or websites above your plan's included limits) are calculated at the end of each billing period and charged separately based on your plan's overage rates.

Annual plans are charged in full at the start of each annual period. Annual billing is non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HQ Workforce to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Store or transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data
  • Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate workforce management
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you've paid for.

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the current month.

Annual plans: cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the annual term. No partial refunds for unused months on annual plans.

6. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers receive a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) that supersedes these general terms where applicable. Enterprise agreements include custom SLA terms, data processing agreements (DPA), and negotiated pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

HQ Workforce is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
