Frequently asked questions

When do I receive my payout?

Payouts become eligible after the delay period stated in each program (typically 14–30 days after the referral converts and meets all criteria). Our team reviews and approves payouts on a regular schedule.

Is there a self-referral restriction?

Yes. Self-referrals (referring your own account) are not allowed and will be automatically flagged.

Can payouts be reversed?

Payouts can be clawed back within the stated clawback period (typically 60–90 days) if the referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback.

Do I need to provide tax information?

For commissions over $600/year (US), a W-9 is required. Our team will reach out when this threshold is approaching.

How do I track my referrals?

Log in to your HQ Workforce account and visit the Referrals section in the dashboard to see clicks, conversions, and payout history.
