Job Description 8+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations within enterprise or service provider environments. Strong hands-on experience with: Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) Layer 2/Layer 3 networking (VLANs, STP, trunking) WAN/LAN environments and customer edge (CPE) devices Experience executing and supporting network changes in controlled environments. Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues and support incident resolution workflows. Experience working in multi-team operational environments (NOC, engineering, service delivery). Strong documentation and communication skills. Certification Requirements (Preferred / Strongly Recommended) At least one of the following (or equivalent experience): Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or higher SD-WAN Platforms / Certifications: Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Fortinet, VMware (Velocloud) Juniper Certifications: JNCIA, JNCIS, or higher (Junos-based environments) Equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/XE, SD-WAN platforms, or Junos may be considered in lieu of formal certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting managed network services (routers, switches, or similar). Familiarity with: Change management processes Incident and escalation handling Network monitoring tools (SNMP, Syslog, Net Flow)
