Agenda Development and Speaker Coordinator, International Events (Federal Contract)

Yeap Inc. is building its team for a U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) contract to plan and run reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, trainings and other events in the United States and overseas. This role is contingent on contract award. Work is assigned event by event, through task orders. Selected candidates will be named in our proposal with a résumé of up to three pages. As Agenda Development and Speaker Coordinator, you turn program objectives into strong agendas and manage the speakers who deliver them.

• Translate program objectives into well-structured agendas, sessions, panels and roundtables. • Identify and recruit speakers, moderators, subject-matter experts and government and private-sector representatives. • Coordinate speaker invitations and confirmations, and collect biographies, photographs and presentations. • Prepare scripts, briefing materials, moderator guides, run-of-show documents and speaker instructions. • Manage multiple speakers and sessions at once, and keep programming aligned with USTDA's objectives.

• At least 5 years of experience developing substantive agendas and coordinating speakers for conferences, forums, trade missions, trainings, workshops or similar events. • Proven experience translating program objectives into agendas, sessions, panels and roundtables. • Experience recruiting and coordinating speakers, moderators and subject-matter experts. • Strong organization and writing skills. • Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or lawfully admitted to work in the U.S.), as the contract requires. • A current résumé of no more than three pages that shows the relevant events and projects, with dates, locations and your role. Preferred: Experience with government, trade or international business programs.

Competitive rate. A role on a multi-year federal contract (one base year plus four option years, if awarded), working with Yeap's own event technology for registration, hybrid streaming and live interpretation.
