Associate Director - Program & Project Management

Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager  Job Location : Torrance , CA We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement programs The role requires strong project governance stakeholder management financial control and a solid understanding of Salesforce delivery models across Sales Service Experience and related clouds You will ensure predictable delivery high quality and zero revenue leakage across projects Key Responsibilities Project Planning Delivery Lead end to end Salesforce project delivery from initiation to closure Define project scope milestones timelines dependencies and delivery plans Manage multiple workstreams across Salesforce clouds and integrations Track and control scope schedule cost risks and issues Ensure adherence to Agile Hybrid SAFe delivery methodologies Governance Financial Management Own project governance status reporting and executive dashboards Manage project financials budget forecast burn variance and billing Ensure zero revenue leakage and alignment with SOW contract terms Track change requests scope creep and approvals Maintain high accuracy in BE margin and resource plans Stakeholder Client Management Act as the primary Point of Contact for clients and internal stakeholders Run steering committees client reviews and weekly governance calls Proactively manage expectations risks and escalations Translate business goals into executable delivery plans Delivery Quality Management Coordinate across Architects Developers QA DevOps and BA teams Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and delivery standards Drive UAT planning cutover readiness golive and hypercare Ensure quality KPIs low defect leakage and SLA adherence Resource Dependency Management Plan and manage resource allocation in coordination with WFM HR Manage onshore offshore teams and vendor partners Resolve cross team dependencies and delivery blockers Support hiring onboarding and ramp-up planning where required Reporting Tools Maintain project artifacts project plan RAID log So W traceability Report project health using RAG status KPIs and metrics Use tools like Jira Azure DevOps MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent Required Skills Experience Salesforce Program Management Proven experience managing medium to large Salesforce implementations Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds Sales Service Experience others a plus Familiarity with integration heavy and multivendor setups Project Management Skills Strong command over Agile Scrum Hybrid delivery models Expertise in risk management estimation and dependency planning Solid understanding of delivery financials and contract governance Communication Leadership Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive leadership Strong presentation documentation and negotiation skills Preferred Good to Have Exposure to Agentforce AIled Salesforce programs Experience with AMS Support delivery models Salesforce or PM certifications Preferred PMP PRINCE2 SAFe Agilist Salesforce Administrator or Business focused certification Experience managing global distributed teams Key Competencies Strong ownership and delivery accountability Structured problem-solving and decision making High attention to detail and financial discipline Ability to operate under pressure and tight timelines Success Metrics Ontime and on budget delivery Client CSAT and stakeholder satisfaction Margin and BE accuracy Low defect leakage and minimal escalations
