Associate Principal - Consulting

Job Role: Business System Analyst (with Life and Annuity domain experience)   Technical Skills (Primary): Experience Domain Knowledge: 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing Requirements System Design: Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation Ability to design functional and system specifications Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders Release Implementation: Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams Collaborate with developer’s testers and product owners for successful delivery Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities Tools Techniques: Proficiency in JIRA Confluence MS Office Skilled in system modeling techniques   Soft Skills: As this is an on-site role must have strong written and oral communication skills Insurance Domain Knowledge Strong ability to work with client stakeholders Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation   Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or master’s degree in computer administration Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  � Technical Skills Secondary (Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY): MS Visio Lucid chart or similar for diagrams SQL basics
