DevOps Lead

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Description: We are seeking a Software Packaging Specialist to standardize and automate software packaging processes across the enterprise. This role will establish packaging standards, build automation pipelines, and ensure consistent artifact management practices. Define and implement software packaging standards Build and maintain packaging automation pipelines Manage artifact repositories (Artifactory, container registries) Create packaging templates and patterns for common technology stacks Develop documentation and training for development teams Support container image standardization efforts Integrate packaging workflows with CI/CD pipelines Required Skills: 5+ years experience in build/release engineering 3+ years experience with artifact management systems Strong understanding of software supply chain security Experience with container image building and optimization Familiarity with enterprise software distribution Preferred Skills: Experience with Sigstore/cosign for signing Background in DevSecOps practices SBOM tooling experience (Syft, Cyclone DX) Experience in fi nancial services compliance Familiarity with Docker Desktop enterprise deployment
