Logistics Coordinator, Delegation Travel and Events (Federal Contract)

Yeap Inc. is building its team for a U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) contract to plan and run reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, trainings and other events in the United States and overseas. This role is contingent on contract award. Work is assigned event by event, through task orders. Selected candidates will be named in our proposal with a résumé of up to three pages. As Logistics Coordinator, you arrange and manage travel and logistics for delegations and event participants, in the U.S. and abroad.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics for delegations, conferences, trade missions and trainings. • Arrange air and rail travel, ground transportation, accommodations, airport transfers, meet-and-greet services, site visits, meals and luggage movements. • Build and maintain detailed travel itineraries and movement schedules. • Monitor travel changes, coordinate with hotels and transportation providers, and resolve problems in real time.

• At least 5 years of experience coordinating domestic and international travel and logistics for delegations, conferences, trade missions, trainings or similar activities. • Proven experience managing complex travel involving multiple participants, destinations, schedules and service providers. • Experience arranging air and rail travel, ground transportation, accommodations, transfers, site visits and meals. • Ability to resolve logistical issues in real time. • Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or lawfully admitted to work in the U.S.), as the contract requires. • A current résumé of no more than three pages that shows the relevant events and projects, with dates, locations and your role. Preferred: Experience supporting foreign delegations and travelers unfamiliar with the United States.
