Oracle EBS BSA

Oracle EBS BSA Detailed JD Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle EBS implementations and support. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications. Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules (SCM, Finance, HR, etc.) with strong technical understanding. Design, review, and validate solutions including customizations, extensions, and integrations. Work on SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces (API, Web Services), reports, and data migrations. Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions aligned to SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Ensure compliance with business processes, controls, and Oracle best practices. Prepare documentation, user guides, and provide functional training to end users.
