PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Proven experience managing technology intake, demand management, or portfolio operations in a fast-paced engineering or telecom environment. Proficiency with Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking platform — including backlog management, custom fields, dashboards, filter configuration, and workflow design. Experience standing up and facilitating governance cadences: triage reviews, aging reviews, stakeholder forums, and executive readouts. Strong consultative communication skills: ability to ask the right questions, surface tradeoffs clearly, and help leadership make faster and better-informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to drive accountability without micromanagement — setting clear expectations, following through, and enforcing closure discipline. Comfort operating in ambiguity: able to take an undefined or broken process and create structure that teams and stakeholders actually use and trust. Experience with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models in a technology or infrastructure organization. Strong written communication: able to produce concise, leadership-ready summaries, dashboards, and status updates without over-engineering the process. Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and escalate blockers promptly and clearly.
