SCRUM MASTER L1

Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles. Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. Experience managing enterprise application implementations and integration projects. Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement. Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Certified Scrum Master CSM, Professional Scrum Master PSM, PMP, or equivalent certification. Experience working with Blue Yonder BY, project44 P44, transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems. Experience managing vendor-led implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives. Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness activities.
