Manage project plans milestones risk registers and executive status reporting Coordinate across engineering supply chain logistics repair vendors and data center operations Lead business reviews and operational readiness activities Develop strategies to ensure optimal spare part availability Monitor inventory health and service levels Drive forecasting and capacity planning for spare parts Support New Product Introduction NPI spare planning and deployment readiness Define and manage warranty processes and repair workflows Drive RMA Return Material Authorization lifecycle management Track repair turnaround time warranty entitlement and service performance Partner with suppliers and repair vendors to improve service quality Develop KPIs and dashboards Analyze and track KPIs Use data driven insights to drive continuous improvement Cross functional team coordination Work during PST Time zone Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience with PowerBI Excel SQL Azure DevOps or similar tools Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Cloud data center operations experience Server storage network or hardware engineering background ERPMRP systems SAP Oracle Dynamics RMA processes Spares planning Service logistics Supply chain analytics Repair partner ecosystems
