Job Description ***SPANISH LAGUAGE IS MUST*** General Ledger Finance and accounting background Mexican GAAP would be a plus Concepts of amortization accrual depreciation and respective accounting Able to communicate with ease and clarity along with experience of facilitator Experience of waterfall Agile and Iterative implementation modules Writing Business FRD scope document outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business Requirement gathering and analysis use cases and user stories development Data Mapping of product lifecycles to operational ledgers Nonproduct related data analysis such as stock options and compensation related data Should have good analytical skills and possess following BA skills Oral and written communication skills Interpersonal and consultative skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Should also be well versed with the functional testing as a part of BA role which involves identification of Scenarios creation of Test Data and guiding Testers to perform the testing. Also be able to review the testing performed by testing team and understand any deficiency
