Perform comprehensive quality audits, track and manage Quality KPIs, and drive corrective and preventive actions to sustain high standards.
Implement advanced problem-solving techniques such as Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, SCAR, 5 Why analysis, 8D methodology, Pareto charts, and MIL standards to identify root causes and resolve complex hardware failures.
Ensure compliance with key industry standards including ANSI S20.20 for ESD and ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and supply chain to establish and refine quality procedures–such as SOPs, PCNs, and work instructions–aligning with organizational goals and client requirements.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations on quality status and improvement initiatives to stakeholders and management.
Manage project tasks related to quality engineering activities, adhering to timelines and resource constraints.
Utilize data analytics tools (JMP, R, Excel) to analyze quality trends, drive data-supported decision-making, and communicate findings effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality and accountability across teams.

Demonstrated expertise in quality audit execution and quality performance tracking.
Mastery of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex system hardware faults.
Knowledge and application of pertinent industry ESD standards and ISO certifications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences in English.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Six Sigma certification are highly preferred.
